Ordering & quotations

Every project starts with a clear packaging brief. We confirm the format, material, artwork requirements and quantity before production is scheduled.

Quotation: Quotes are prepared from the confirmed product format, print method, quantity and delivery location. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the document.
Order confirmation: Production begins after the quotation, artwork and order details have been approved in writing.
Changes: Changes requested after approval may affect the final price, production schedule or delivery date. We will confirm any impact before proceeding.

Our team helps prepare artwork for reliable production and shares a digital proof before printing.

Artwork responsibility: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of logos, copy, colors, dimensions and other information supplied for printing.
Proof approval: Production follows the approved proof. Printed color can differ by up to ±15% from a digital display, because screens and print materials use different color systems.
Print tolerance: Small registration, color and cutting variations are normal in industrial production. The confirmed specification remains the reference for quality review.

Printing, forming, inspection and packing are coordinated through our in-house production workflow.

Materials: Food-contact packaging is produced from the material specification confirmed for each order, including the selected paperboard, coating and print system.
Quantity tolerance: Delivered quantity may vary by ±10% from the confirmed order. The quotation states the tolerance that applies to your project.
Lead time: Typical production takes 7–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on format, quantity and factory scheduling.

Payment and dispatch details are confirmed with each order so your team can plan receiving and launch dates with confidence.

Payment schedule: A 50% deposit schedules production and the 50% balance is settled on completion. Your quotation or order confirmation states the schedule that applies.
Dispatch: Delivery timing depends on production completion, destination and carrier availability. We share dispatch details when the order is ready to leave the factory.
Receiving: Please check the packaging condition and quantity on arrival, and notify our team promptly if an issue is found.
